You can contact our support team through our community Discord. You must create a ticket through our ban appeal server, not the main server to have your appeal reviewed. Our team will take a second look to ensure the validity behind the ban. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee the consequence will be removed.
What can I appeal?
Certain circumstances can void your chances of appealing, these can include any of the following:
For Game Bans:
Any offenses listed in the server-blacklists category
Exploiting of any kind; or hacking
Violating the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards
Bypassing chat excessively; slurs and threats are included
Bypassed username
Evading your ban; set policies apply to all bans. One appeal is allowed maximum per user.
For Discord Bans:
Any offenses listed in the server-blacklists category
Scamming
Violating the Discord Terms of Service
Antisemitism or Islamophobia; or any religious hate-speech
Racism; to the degree where the language is extremely inappropriate and bypassed
Evading punishments set by moderators; including server-bans. Users may only appeal their ban once.
Pornography; or similar content (gore, CP, or cruelty content)
Appealing for others:
All users are allowed to appeal for themselves, and themselves only. To protect privacy of other users, we do not allow other users to appeal on other players behalf. They must appeal themselves through the Ban Appeal Discord.
When appealing, note the following:
Always include your Roblox and Discord username to help moderators.
Be sincere and honest— no profanity or disrespect.
Do not create multiple tickets, only one ticket per case.
If appeal is rejected, do not intimidate moderators or other members. Accept the punishment and move on.
